During your initial visit, we'll ask you about your medical history and any specific areas you'd like us to focus on. Then, we'll leave the room to give you privacy while you undress to your comfort level and lay down on the massage table. We'll use a sheet to cover any areas of your body that aren't being massaged. You can communicate with us throughout the session to let us know if you'd like more or less pressure, or if you're feeling uncomfortable in any way.
This can vary depending on your individual needs and preferences. Some people benefit from weekly massages, while others may only need one every month or two. We can work with you to create a personalized massage plan that meets your specific needs.
